The Stephan House “ Rules”*Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Friday and Saturday are considered weekend nights. You may book single Fridays and single Sundays; however, Saturdays and Holidays are a two night minimum stay. We sometimes have single Saturdays available should Friday and Sunday be booked. Reservation Deposits - A 50% deposit is required to reserve room and dates requested.
*The Stephan House Inn features private off-street parking on the premises ( 1 space per room booked).
*The Roof Top Lounge and 1st Floor common areas are for all guest’s use. Arrangements can be made for exclusive use of the conference room and roof deck.
*All guests are to be considerate of a 10pm - 8am quiet time.
*For the safety and courtesey of All our guests, there is NO SMOKING on the premisis.
*The Stephan House Inn accepts payment by major credit card (Visa and MasterCard and Discover) as well as cash and travelers checks. No personal checks can be accepted. For reservations or room availability, call 215-693-1592 or visit our website www.stephanhouse.com. Check-in time is between 3:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. Sunday thru Thhursday. Please call to make special arrangements for check ins later than 7:00 pm. Check ins after 8:00 pm will be charges a$ 25.00 Late check in fee. Check-out time 11:00 a.m sharp.Check ins after 11am will be charged a $25.00 fee. Arrangements for early check in or late check out must be made when making reservations.
*Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the reservation date will have deposits refunded.
Cancellations made 13 to 4 days prior to check in will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 days of reservation date or no-shows will result in a full charge of the reservation amount.
Note: Reservations made or paid with gift certificates are subject to these same cancellation policies.
Liability and Damage
This is our home and we take great pride in furnishing and maintaining the grounds. The rental party is responsible for all costs and expenses to make all required repairs whenever damage results from the misuse and/or negligence of the rental party or their invited guests.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a very old house. That’s why we love it. Floors creak, sidewalks are old brick and uneven, pipes may make noise! There are many stairs involved. May not be accessible or ideal for all peoples! Please ask any questions if you have any concerns.
