The Stephan House Inn is available for parties and events. Whether its a birthday, family reunion, wedding or any gathering, we can manage the event as you celebrate the joyous occasion. We can cater any type of menu. Just bring your ideas and we will develop the perfect event. We are able to accomodate both inside and outside events, so that you can be assured that your event will be special .
Event options:
The Rooftop Balcony can be booked for up to 50 guests. This option if during weekend requires The Stephan House Inn to be booked with all 8 guest rooms for two nights.
The ground level Garden Patio can be booked for up to 50 to 75 guests or more. This option does not require lodging at The Stephan House Inn. You can choose from our exclusive in-house caterers. An open or cash bar can only be provided by our facility.
Rental Fee of $1,500 for Use of Patio Space- $500 for rooftop space includes:
Tables (standard tables) Upgrades are available at extra cost.
Chairs (standard Chairs) Upgrades are available at extra cost.
Set up of Event(if using our full service catering.)
Clean up and Garbage removal(if using our full service catering)
